Java安装

从https://www.java.com/en/download/下载安装Java，一路默认即可，免得环境变量里面没有。

下载Nutong

从http://goby.compbio.cs.cmu.edu/Notung/download29.html下载Nutong。解压后找个位置存放。

准备数据

需要两个数据：

  • 基因系统发育树：前缀需要有物种名称或者是代码。

  • 物种系统发育树。

运行软件

Win+R代开cmd，然后输入：

java -jar D:\MyData\Desktop\Notung-2.9.1.5\Notung-2.9.1.5.jar

回车后就有界面了：
